If you recently sold a home/business in the NYWD service area, it will be necessary for you to complete a Stop Service form.

Simply complete the online form below and click submit.

You can also come to the Administrative Office and complete a Stop Water Service form. Water service will not be stopped until the completed form is received at the Administrative office.
